  - Write a persuasive speech on any topic you like. eg "Smart phones should not be allowed in schools." or "School uniforms should not be compulsory." etc
Try to use some persuasive techniques that we learnt in class, like rhetorical questions or emotive language.
You can use the worksheet I gave you to help.
There should be:
introduction
paragraph 1 - reason 1, explain/examples
paragraph 2 - reason 2, explain/examples
paragraph 3 - reason 3, explain/examples
conclusion
Prepare cue cards and practice the speech.
(Persuasive speech 준비: 수업시간에 배운 기법 이용할 것, 5 paragraph essay, 큐카드 준비하고 연습해올 것)

   - Topic: Describe your favourite dessert.
   - Use descriptive adjectives (p.39)
   - Include colour, taste, smell, origin, size, shape, why is it your favourite, ingredients, nutrition, a picture of the dessert
   - Outline due on: August 22
